Arbitrage Rebate Computation Services

Arbitrage rebate computation services are provided at no cost to our institutional customers with at least $5 million worth of bond proceeds in the American Freedom Funds. Our service offers computing bond proceeds invested in our fund as well as in other investments such as GICs and individual securities.

Services are provided by Connecticut-based AMTEC, a leading nationwide provider of arbitrage rebate computation services that has handled over 800 current bond engagements and delivered over 13,000 rebate reports.

Through AMTEC, we can:

Handle variable and fixed-rate bonds
Service general obligation bonds, certificates of participation, revenue bonds, special assessment bonds, limited bonds and special tax bonds
Conduct analyses of bond issues before bond sales and when proceeds are invested
